I have been a fitness enthusiast for fifteen years, many of which were spent overweight. Through trial and lots of error, I figured out the methods of lasting weight loss and maintaining a lean body.
I have a wife and two children as well as a full time job. I know what it is like to be busy and stressed and feeling like fat loss is a waste of time!
